How we work
Our experience of working with every type of client - major contractors, architects, developers, builders and end users - means that we know precisely what you're looking for in a supplier like ourselves, and we go to great lengths to ensure that you find working with Crescent to be a smooth, efficient and thoroughly professional experience.
From the moment you first consider a staircase - whether a spiral staircase as part of a residential refurbishment project, an external fire escape for a commercial scheme or a multi- storey project requiring a combination of straight-flight internal staircases and external spiral fire escapes with canopies - Crescent is there to assist.
Crescent personnel will undertake an initial site survey or work from your construction drawings to produce a budget guide, advising on product selection and offering appropriate technical assistance. Once the project has started on site, Crescent will produce design drawings for your approval and ensure that structural calculations are provided, where relevant. Crescent will also complete a final site inspection to ensure that any changes to the build won't affect the installation process. Finally, after agreeing a convenient start date with you, Crescent's installation team will arrive on site and fit the staircase - with method statements and appropriate PPE equipment - as you'd expect.
