Although it is always advisable to either email, fax or post architectural drawings to us, to enable us to check the stair geometry and quote accurate and competitive prices, completing the 01 form would be helpful if drawn plans are not available.

Simply download the 01 form PDF file, print it out, fill it in, and then send it (along with any drawings or plans you may have) to Crescent, marked for the attention of the Sales office.
